Associations International Wins 4th Consecutive Workplace Honor, Welcomes 2 New Clients

LEXINGTON, Ky. (January 29, 2016) – Lexington-based Associations International (AI), for a fourth year in a row, has been named one of Kentucky’s Best Places to Work by The Kentucky Society for Human Resource Management and The Kentucky Chamber of Commerce in the small sized employer category.
The Kentucky’s Best Places to Work competition is a multi-year initiative designed to motivate companies in the Commonwealth to focus, measure and move their workplace environments toward excellence. Numerous studies show a strong correlation between profitability and creating a good place to work. The selection process, managed by Best Companies Group, is based on an assessment of the company’s employee policies and procedures and the results of an internal employee survey.
Formerly a division of Host Communications and IMG, AI employs 120 association professionals and has been helping professional and trade associations promote their missions, build membership and seize opportunities for growth for more than 40 years.
In the last year, AI has brought on two new associations as clients, the Alliance for Women in Media and Association of Professional Dog Trainers.
