Quest Oracle Community (Quest) Technology

AI facilitated a complete Quest Oracle Community (Quest) website overhaul with a third-party vendor and designer. The new website has social media functionality, member blogs, online learning storage, custom member dashboards and is integrated with CMS tool NetFORUM.

By using Avectra NetFORUM they achieved the development of custom solutions within website, including full integration with the membership database, allowing online self-service solutions for members, including;

Online new member application and secure payment processing
Membership renewal with secure payment processing
Online event registration (Combined with above event management module; can be used for multiple events simultaneously)
Member profile update module providing real time updates within existing membership database
Member directory search with enhancements available for full member-to-member communication features
