Quest Oracle Community (Quest) Membership Meets Advocacy

The goal of Quest Oracle Community (Quest) membership is to create an energized audience where each individual advocates the same message of Quest’s value and process to those not in the audience.

The key driver components are:

An easily repeatable value proposition that speaks to Quest’s value.
A repeatable membership/customer service process that simultaneously is the same for everyone, but one we can customize for each member.
Creating opportunities for our biggest advocates to interact with those not yet involved or with a weak relationship. If properly educated on the value proposition and process, the advocates generate organic excitement among their peers, driving membership numbers.
