ISPA Announces Election of 2025 Board Officers
LEXINGTON, Kentucky (June 26, 2025) – The International SPA Association (ISPA) has announced the newly elected officers for its 2025 Board of Directors. The three leaders will begin their one-year terms immediately, serving through the 2026 ISPA Conference. The ISPA Board will be chaired by Kenneth Ryan, with Charlotte Prescott serving as vice chair and Taylor Fields as secretary/treasurer. These three esteemed directors bring a combined 57 years of ISPA membership to their roles.
- Kenneth Ryan is chief longevity officer at The Estate. Based in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, Ryan has served on the Executive Committee and as a director since 2022.
- Charlotte Prescott is the director of spa at Tierra Santa Healing House at Faena Hotel in Miami, Florida. She previously served as Secretary/Treasurer and has been a director since 2022.
- Taylor Fields is the corporate director of spa, wellness, and retail at PCH Hotels and Resorts, based in Birmingham, Alabama. Fields joined the ISPA Board in 2023.
- Kelleye Martinwill transition into the role of Immediate Past Chair. She is the spa director at Trellis, The Spa at The Houstonian in Houston, Texas, and has served on the ISPA Board since 2018.

The ISPA Board Officers serve alongside directors: Christian Davies (Mii amo/Enchantment Resort), CG Funk (Funk Consulting), Kelly Gasspari-Fleming (The Waldorf Astoria Chicago Spa and Health Club), Jennifer Holzworth (Montage International), Brisa Huezo (Noble House Hotels & Resorts), Ella Kent (ISPA Foundation Vice Chair, Sea Island Resort), Delia McLinden (FarmHouse Fresh), Terry Prager (Wildsmith Skin), Todd Shaw (ISPA Foundation Chair, Fountain Life), Jessica Shea (Hilton), Jessica Timberlake (Jessica L. Timberlake Consulting) and Jessica Wadley (Oakworks, Inc.).
