Power Couple Will Guidara and Christina Tosi to Keynote 2025 ISPA Conference

The International SPA Association (ISPA) is excited to announce power couple Will Guidara and Christina Tosi as Power Session keynote speakers on Day Two of the 2025 ISPA Conference. The hospitality and culinary duo will introduce a new level of service expertise to attendees of ISPA’s 35th anniversary celebration from March 11-13 at The Broadmoor in Colorado Springs, Colorado.
“We’re so excited to welcome Will and Christina to the ISPA Main Stage in March,” said Lynne McNees, President of ISPA. “ISPA members are already fanatical about Will’s call for ‘unreasonable hospitality’ as the new standard of customer service excellence. Even more exciting is the level of intrigue around Christina’s pursuit of a ‘stubbornly joyful existence’ as the way to create a satisfying life. Their joint keynote presentation will be a special treat to experience.”
Guidara is the former co-owner and driving force behind world-renowned restaurants Eleven Madison Park and NoMad. Under his leadership, Eleven Madison Park earned three Michelin stars and received four stars from the New York Times. In 2017, the restaurant claimed the top spot on the list of the World’s 50 Best Restaurants. A graduate of the hospitality school at Cornell University, Guidara is the author of the bestselling Unreasonable Hospitality: The Remarkable Power of Giving People More Than They Expect and co-author of four cookbooks. He is a Crain’s New York Business 40 Under 40 honoree and a Wall Street Journal Innovator Award recipient. ISPA members remember Guidara from his riveting Town Hall presentation at the 2023 ISPA Conference in Las Vegas, which inspired attendees to strive for an exceptional level of customer service.
Tosi is a two-time James Beard Award-winning chef and owner of Milk Bar. Her influence spreads across the United States through numerous bakery locations, grocery stores and online care package sales. She served as a judge on Fox’s Masterchef and Masterchef Junior, hosted Netflix’s Bake Squad and was featured in the hit Netflix docuseries Chef’s Table: Pastry. Tosi is author of the bestselling All About Cookies and several other cookbooks for adults and children, as well as the memoir Dessert Can Save the World: Stories, Secrets, and Recipes for a Stubbornly Joyful Existence.
