Bio

Mark has more than 30 years of management experience, including several businesses that are multi-million dollar, publicly traded companies with dealings in Mexico and India. He has served as a senior executive in the steel, service, specialty fabrics and newspaper industries. Mark has purchased and sold numerous businesses during his career, including the sale of two large public companies which realized a return of 54 percent and 69 percent premiums over market price for their shareholders. Mark earned an MBA from Marshall University and a BS in Business Administration from West Virginia State College.  Mark’s licenses include Certified Management Accountant and Certified Public Accountant.
