International Coaching Federation Announces 2024 Coaching Impact Award Winners
The annual award program recognizes excellence in professional coaching across
four key categories –
Lexington, Kentucky — The International Coaching Federation (ICF) today announced the winners of its annual ICF Coaching Impact Awards, celebrating outstanding achievements in the professional coaching industry. The 2024 awards span four categories: Professional Coaches, Coaching Education, Organizations, and the newly introduced Social Impact category. Winners in each category represent various levels of experience and tenure within the field, setting the gold standard for the coaching profession.

The ICF Coaching Impact Awards, in the four categories implemented in 2024, are awarded to the following individuals and organizations:
Professional Coaches honors individual coach practitioners making an impact in the profession and at ICF.
The 2024 ICF Coaching Impact Awards – Professional Coaches winners include:
- Distinguished Coach
Winner: Viji (Vijayalakshmi S.), ACTC, MCC (India)
Honorable Mentions: Sackeena Gordon-Jones, MCC (United States) and Neena Newberry, MCC (United States)
- Accomplished Coach
Winner: Ng Kien Mun “Ken” (Malaysia)
Honorable Mentions: Carolyn Hamilton-Kuby, PCC (Canada) and Goldie Uttamchandani, PCC (Spain)
- Emerging Coach
Winner: Koushik Chatterjee, ACC (India)

Coaching Education recognizes coach educators and ICF-accredited providers who are leading and innovating coaching education.

Social Impact is a new categorythat celebrates exceptional individuals and/or organizations that are making a profound contribution to society through the application of coaching principles.

The ICF Coaching Impact Award winners were recognized with sustainable trophies made from recycled materials during a ceremony held on Saturday, October 26, in Athens, Greece. Additionally, they participated in a full day of work to gather more evidence of coaching’s transformative impact across various sectors of society worldwide.
“This gathering marks a significant milestone in our ongoing efforts to showcase the profound impact of coaching worldwide. The stories and insights shared by our award winners not only celebrate their achievements as practitioners, but also inspire continued growth, innovation, and development within the coaching profession,” stated Dumisani Magadlela, 2024 ICF Global Board Chair.
