CASE STUDY: Membership Meets Advocacy

The goal of Quest membership is to create an energized audience where each individual advocates the same message of Quest’s value and process to those not in the audience.

The key driver components are:

  1. An easily repeatable value proposition that speaks to Quest’s value.
  2. A repeatable membership/customer service process that simultaneously is the same for everyone, but one we can customize for each member.

Creating opportunities for our biggest advocates to interact with those not yet involved or with a weak relationship. If properly educated on the value proposition and process, the advocates generate organic excitement among their peers, driving membership numbers.

CASE STUDY: Technology

AI facilitated a complete Quest website overhaul with a third-party vendor and designer. The new website has social media functionality, member blogs, online learning storage, custom member dashboards and is integrated with CMS tool NetFORUM.

By using Avectra NetFORUM they achieved the development of custom solutions within website, including full integration with the membership database, allowing online self-service solutions for members, including;

  • Online new member application and secure payment processing
  • Membership renewal with secure payment processing
  • Online event registration (Combined with above event  management module; can be used for multiple events simultaneously)
  • Member profile update module providing real time updates within existing membership database
  • Member directory search with enhancements available for full member-to-member communication features
