Lexington, Kentucky, USA — The International Coaching Federation (ICF) today announced the winners of its annual ICF Coaching Impact Awards, which honor excellence in coaching and celebrate the transformative power of the profession worldwide.

The ICF Coaching Impact Awards recognize individuals and organizations whose work reflects the best of coaching and ICF across diverse categories that mirror the multifaceted nature of the field. The four categories awarded are: Coaches, Coaching Education, Organizations, and Social Impact.

The ICF Coaching Impact Award winners were recognized during a ceremony held on Friday, October 24, in San Diego, California, USA, at ICF’s annual conference, Converge 2025.
