His expertise spans across diverse industries including steel, service, specialty fabrics, and media sectors.

Additionally, Mark has successfully orchestrated the acquisition and divestiture of numerous businesses, including overseeing the sale of two large public companies.

Mark holds an MBA and BS in Business Administration and is a Certified Management Accountant as well as a Certified Public Accountant, underscoring his strong financial acumen and professional credentials.

For over a decade, Mark has served as the CEO and Chairman of Associations International, where he has consistently delivered results through effective leadership and management strategies.
