(LEXINGTON, KY. March 3, 2017) – For the fifth year in a row, Associations International (AI) has been named one of Kentucky’s Best Places to Work by The Kentucky Society for Human Resource Management and The Kentucky Chamber of Commerce in the small sized employer category. The announcement follows AI’s additions of the National Association of Shell Marketers (NASM) and PipelinePros to its portfolio of client partners.

The Kentucky’s Best Places to Work competition is a multi-year initiative designed to motivate companies in the Commonwealth to focus, measure and move their workplace environments toward excellence. Numerous studies show a strong correlation between profitability and creating a good place to work. The selection process, managed by Best Companies Group, is based on an assessment of the company’s employee policies and procedures and the results of an internal employee survey.

“Continuing to grow our company while not sacrificing our boutique-like customized approach to managing our client partners continues to be important to us,” said Keith Howard, Vice President, Business Development, AI. “However, doing all of this while maintaining the utmost satisfaction from our most valued asset, our employees, is what is critical to us. The Kentucky’s Best Places to Work title, for the fifth year in a row, only qualifies this commitment.”

NASM serves as the conduit between marketer members of Shell-branded businesses and Shell personnel and programs. “What started as simple courtesy call from myself and other NASM volunteers to the AI office, morphed into an amazing opportunity,” Valerie Kelley Amsden, NASM Chairman said. “This partnership with AI will enhance our value proposition for members and further strengthen the relationships we have with Shell Corporate and the business partner community.”

PipelinePros, the Oracle Commerce User Group, was founded in June 2016 to unite the Oracle Commerce user base, share best practice, lessons learned and influence Oracle’s product direction. “As a group, we felt that due to the rapidly evolving technology landscape it was difficult for Oracle Commerce users to navigate on their own and we needed the ability to better leverage our Oracle investment,” said David Lyle, Founding Member and Chairman, PipelinePros.
